Cyptid dinosaur from Australia - Burrunjor
Burrunjor, also known as Bunnasur, was a well-known Australian dinosaur-like cryptid (Cryptids are creatures that people claim to have found, but there is no evidence that they actually exist). This Burrunjor is thought to have been a predatory dinosaur that walked on two legs like the Theropods and Megaraptorids and had arms that were smaller than the legs.
Aboriginal tradition portrays the Burrunjor as an abnormally huge salamander, and cattle ranchers across Australia have claimed sightings of the Burrunjor since approximately 1950. The monster was 20 to 25 feet tall and had thin arms, according to sources. It is characterized as a giant reptile with hairy wings on its body, and it is reported that farmers and livestock have perished as a result of this large creature.
Some speculated that this monster was a Megalania, a massive lizard that formerly roamed Australia, but when large dinosaur footprints confirmed as Burrunjor's surfaced, Burrunjor was classed as an unknown cryptid.
However, whether those large imprints are real or false has been debated since that time.The last recorded sighting of the Burrunjor monster occurred in 1985. A family on a vacation to the Roper River observed a 20-foot-long fuzzy dinosaur in the middle of their journey, according to the complaint.
After that encounter, I looked for further Burrunjor discoveries, but no one has ever seen this massive beast, and there have been no confirmed sightings in almost 30 years.
